Priceless by MasterCard

Mastercard was using an aging and complex system to setup new offers and rewards for the users of their Priceless Program. MasterCard employees were forced to fill out an almost never ending series of form fields to build each offer. The goal of this projects was to simplify this process using good UX and smart backend improvements to provide targeted and appropriate suggestions during the build phase of each offer. This allows for dramatically increased productivity by MasterCard representatives.

Every field on the offer build screen has to be validated via a set of strict parameters or against a database. Color and easy to understand iconography was used to help users through the process and direct them to the items needing attention. Items such as rich text editors are only displayed when needed, which keeps visual clutter to a minimum.
